In this 23 minute introductory video, Svetlana explains what you can expect as a student of her Yoga for Weight Management class.

I am uploading the second 17 min video from the workshop Yoga for Emotional Crisis. The first 7 min I guide the short practice to observe the breath in the abdomen. Allow the belly to rise with the breath in and allow it to relax with the breath out. This very simple and short practice but with full awareness alone could help to manage resetting the conditioned stress response and also manage emotions during the crises. When we breath through the belly, our abdomen and diaphragm have to move. With this movement, the relaxation or Vagus nerve is activated. This practice would work better during the crisis if you practice it on a regular basis. Please share any comments of questions about your actual experience.
