ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR

Svetlana Lambrozo M.S., E-RYT

With over 30 years of yoga teaching and training experience around the world (including in Latvia, Japan, Australia, the USA, and India) and an M.S. in Physics and Education, I am uniquely equipped to teach yoga to students of all walks of life.

I have taught yoga to students of all different ages and backgrounds; including children, adults, veterans, and university students.

For nearly 20 years, I have taught academic yoga at Metropolitan State University of Denver, where I have also created unique classes and workshops (such as "Yoga for Anxiety Management," "Yoga for Weight Management," and "Yoga as a Science of Well-Being").
